How to read Chinese GB

Step 1

Download Internet Explorer 5.0 and choose "Download Chinese Simplified (GB2312) language Support" at the same time. It is free.

Step 2

From IE 5.0 Toolbar , Click View --> Encoding --> then select Simplified Chinese (GB2312). That is it!
